hotel facilities, they charge a lot and for nothing. they didn’t clean the bathroom properly ???? if you order from outside they don’t let them to deliver it to your door, neither deliver it themselves they force you to go all the way down to collect it.

Loved it and will book again next time we travel to Bahrain

The staff are friendly, they upgraded our room without even requesting witch was a nice touch, rooms a spacious with large windows, very clean and organized, parking space is excellent, facilities are pointed out in the elevators.

Location has no services nearby, so you will need a car to travel, the AC is a bit strong.

I guess the staff are good, well the the day staff.

I guess the staff are good, well the the day staff. Teresa is really nice and she will always try and help.

I paid extra for the breakfast, but it was very disappointing. Hardly anything from the cakes selection was there and when I asked, they didn't have anymore. The taxis from the hotel cost a lot, and there is nothing close by in terms of restaurants. At night couldn't sleep as the thumping sounds from the club below echoed through the building and I was on floor 5. They said there is nothing they can do. Had a banging headache the following day.

Receipation person mr.waseem is not cooperative person he treat as nationality i am from Pakistan so he treat very badly i took my British friend with me he also not happy on his behavior and he complained there.

Room is spacious. Everyday Refill and cleaning.

Breakfast Included in the Rate, additional pay if you wish to have it delivered in your room. It was not clearly stated in the hotel information. Only mentioned can be delivered in the room. Better to just book the room without any meal.

The view of the room is not good, you can only see building as view, the cleanliness of the room is not excellent, there is still dust that was not clean well. The smell of the towels is not good. You can't use the pool since it's location is direct to sunlight.

Parking was available but a bit unorganized, hotel access wasn’t that easy. Room was clean but room organized strangely “ a pillar was in the middle of the room. The room was quite. No sea view. At first they requested to keep the national ID with them, I told them it is illegal and I would like to give them the license instead but the supervisor that night told me I could keep both.

The place is clean.

They ask for all guest ID which we were family of 2 persons. Also because i had to stop the car infront of the hotel and walk all the way to the reception for checking in so they can give me the room keys and then i can access the parking. In the morning i went to the swimming pool at 11 pm . The steam room and suana were switched off . So i had to switched them by my self.

enjoyed my stay!

it is a very nice hotel, rooms are clean. staff were friendly. check in and check out were easy. 24hr room service. safety deposit box. the bed was very comfortable. when house keeping came they did a good job and the room was always nice and clean. ithe free parking was helpful as long as u have small cars the corners r tight and could be a problem for bigger cars. the WIFI was really good as well. all in all i would say that my stay was pleasant.

i have quite a few points on this matter: 1-the location is terrible there are no busses or taxis within a 40 min walking radius which was very inconvenient. 2-when ever the AC paused i could hear the loud music from one of the night clubs inside the hotel. 3-the smell of the hallways was really bad. 4-tv & cable were not clear (fuzzy). 5- there was no hot water for showering and the pressure was weak.
